Neurodiversity Coaching

I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, grounded in both professional practice and lived experience. I bring a deep passion and genuine commitment to helping people thrive as their authentic selves.

I work closely with young people, parents, mental health services and schools to advocate for individual needs, ensuring support is person-centred, compassionate and effective. Together, we identify what works best for each individual, helping to make daily life feel more manageable, comfortable and empowering.

I also support adults in their personal lives and workplaces, helping them understand their needs, strengths and boundaries. To create environments where indivuals can succeed.

I have a special interest and significant experience supporting individuals with overwhelm and burnout. My knowledge of neurolinguistic programming skills enable me to open up fixed mindsets, working through literal thought processes and responses. Supporting individuals with;

Dyslexia

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

Attention Deficit Hypersensitive Disorder (ADHD)

Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)

Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA)

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

I believe coaching works best when you feel safe and relaxed. That's why my sessions offer a flexible free roaming environment where

movement is encouraged and food and drinks are always allowed.  To further support my neurodivergent clients, I provide a selection of sensory toys and tools to ensure a comfortable, sensory friendly experience for every session. At the heart of my work is a belief in creating inclusive, understanding and empowering spaces for people navigating diverse and often complex experiences.
