After this initial call, once you are happy and have had time to decide if I am the right person to work with you. We will then go ahead and arrange to book your first session​​​.

  • 1:1 in person sessions (60 mins)

  • Home visits by arrangement (for individual circumstances)

  • Breakthrough sessions by arrangement (150 mins)
