What Is Coaching ? 

My Coaching is forward moving in a supportive, comfortable space where you are truly heard. Through action based coaching we build a genuine connection, active listening and powerful questioning. Coaching helps you to explore your thoughts and behavioural patterns. Once we have identified the changes that you wish to make, I support you through these changes by facilitating your thinking and using techniques that are proven to work. By using my strategies and mechanisms it will allow you to overcome any struggles and cement them into your day to day life, to obtain your desired outcome.

 

Coaching sessions are completely bespoke to each individual covering areas that they wish to focus on. Coaching works best at a planned regular interval with each session being an hour long. Coaching is about understanding the past as a framework for the present and creating the future that you want.

Regular meetings allow us to track your personal progress and establish how to help you through tough times. One to one sessions are offered either in person or via zoom. The sessions are completely tailored towards your specific needs.

Through supportive practical coaching, I help you strengthen your mindset, the same way you would your body. With using intention, consistency, and care in a supportive environment.

Together, we identify your challenges to quiet the mental noise, then shift unhelpful thoughts and behavioural patterns. I have a trusted process which has been proven to work, this will improve your confidence and build robust resilience.  Helping you to move through life with a greater calm and focus.
